Tesa 4333 Precision Masking Tape (50m - 25mm)

Tesa 4333 Precision Masking Tape (50m - 25mm)

The Ultimate Glue-Up Protection

Nothing else comes close to the performance of Tesa 4333 for managing glue squeeze-out. Designed as a "sensitive" tape, its low-tack adhesive ensures it leaves absolutely no residue behind, making it safe for use even on pre-finished surfaces.

What sets this tape apart is its waxy surface. Unlike standard masking tapes that can absorb moisture, the 4333 repels wet glue, preventing it from bleeding through or bonding to the tape. This makes the tape much easier to remove once the glue has cured, leaving your internal joints crisp and clean.

  • Best for: Masking inside joints prior to assembly.
  • Key Feature: Waxy barrier prevents glue penetration.
  • Safety: The safest choice for delicate and pre-finished wood.

Matt's Honest Take

If you’re sick of chiselling glue out of the inside corners of joints, this tape is for you. It’s easy to apply, easy to remove, and it doesn’t damage or ruin the surface either, even if it’s pre-finished.

What’s more, because it’s effectively a painters tape, glue doesn’t get through it. Which can be a problem when using normal masking tapes where the porousness can soak up the glue, and often make the tape even stickier than when it was first applied!
