Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Matt Estlea. We take pride in the quality of our woodworking tools, plans, and merchandise. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items Please note that digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded once the purchase is confirmed. We encourage customers to carefully review their digital orders before completing the purchase.

3. Refund Process Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Defective Products If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. For defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please provide a shipping invoice as proof of postage, and upon confirmation that the product is on its way, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.

5. Return Shipping For all returns, except in cases of defective products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order.

Effective Date: This Return and Refund Policy is effective as of 13/03/2024 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
