Diamond Honing Spray (1 Micron)

Give your chisels and plane blades a fine finishing touch with Dead Sharp 1 Micron Diamond Honing Spray. Designed for application to a strop, this fine diamond abrasive helps polish and refine the cutting edge after sharpening.

Use only after sharpening down to 3 micron. The spray is intended as the next finishing step in your sharpening sequence, once the edge has already been refined with a 3 micron abrasive.

Apply, allow to dry, then strop

Spray onto your strop and wait for the water to evaporate completely before use. Once the stropping surface is dry, hone with the cutting edge trailing to avoid cutting into the surface.
