Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations Matt Estlea offers international shipping services to nearly anywhere in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to local regulations.
2. Shipping Carriers Our primary shipping carrier is Royal Mail, but we use a wide range of shipping companies to ensure your products reach you in the most efficient way possible. Currently, we do not offer different shipping options; all items are shipped using our standard service.
3. Processing Times All orders are processed within 2 working days. This processing time is in addition to the shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance. These costs will be provided at checkout, before you complete your order. Please be aware that we do not offer free shipping at this time.
5. Package Tracking and Delivery While we currently do not offer tracking for shipped items, we ensure that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. This is to increase the security and reliability of the delivery process.
6. Lost or Damaged Items In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, each case will be handled on an individual basis. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and satisfactorily. Please contact us immediately if your purchase does not arrive or is in an unsatisfactory condition.
7. Returns We offer free returns of physical products within 30 days of purchasing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full reimbursement of the shipping cost. The product must be unused and in the same condition it was supplied in. Customers are required to pay the return shipping cost initially and send the shipping invoice to rob@mattestlea.com for reimbursement. Please note, we do not offer exchanges.
We do not offer returns on digital goods.
