Shipping, Payments & Returns

When will I get my order?

If you're based in the UK you can expect your order to arrive within 24 hours after dispatch. Please note: Orders placed on a Friday will be shipping the following Monday or Tuesday depending on the time the order was placed.

If you're anywhere else in the world, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-11 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the majority of countries around the world!

Why do project packs cost so much for delivery?

Unfortunately wood is a naturally heavy material. Shipping companies not only base their pricing on the size of the parcel, but the weight plays a significant role too.

We've tried to absorb a portion of shipping costs for lower weight items where we can e.g. Marking Knives, but there's only so much we can subsidise.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the majority of payment methods including (but not limited to): Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Google Pay, and more!

How can I track my order?

When you've made your purchase, you will receive any information regarding tracking via email.

Can I return a product?

Digital products can't be returned. Physical products can be returned.

If the product you ordered is unopened, you can reach out to us via our Contact Us page where we will inform you where to send the product back. We do not offer free shipping for products returned that are not faulty. Once we've received the item we will refund you the price of the product.

If the product is faulty or arrived damaged from transit, please get in touch via our Contact Us page where we will endeavour to rectify the situation on a case by case basis.

Please note: we require the order confirmation email you received at time of purchase to validate the authenticity of the product.
