If you're serious about your mitred dovetails you need these!
I used these mitre paring blocks on a recent dovetail box course. I was ambivalent at first, as I have made my own paring blocks out of scrap, but these are so much more precise. The design is well thought through and once they are clamped in place, they don't move. If you want to take mitred dovetails to the next level, then you need these in your workshop.

Really pleased with the quality of the mitre paring blocks
Really pleased with the quality of the mitre paring blocks. They make the process of getting a 45 degree angle easier. You need to have sharp chisels with a flat back to creep up to the line. The different sizes will make it easier for large and small mitres.

Honestly one of the best days tutorials I have ever had. Matt was open, friendly and willing to share his expertise and not just on dovetails. The tools and materials were very high quality and the tea and coffee flowed. I would happily recommend, and in fact already have!
