The Box Makers Kit transforms our Picture Frame Clamps into a full box-making system for mitred joints.
Using precision magnetic spacers, you can now stack clamps vertically to build mitred boxes of any width, length, or height. Each stack easily detaches for standalone framing projects, giving you maximum flexibility from a single setup.
Every kit includes a detailed instruction manual and our Spinnymajig accessory. Designed specifically to save you time when spinning those thumb screws!
The Small Frame Clamp Stackers (with a stack height of 63mm/2.5") comes with:
- 2x Frame Clamp Sets
- 8x Magnetic Stacker Blocks (to be inserted onto the rods)
- 4x Magnetic Spacers
- 8x Rods (if selected)
- 1x Spinnymajig
The Medium Box Makers Kit (with a stack height of 105mm/4") comes with:
- 3x Frame Clamp Sets
- 12x Magnetic Stacker Blocks (to be inserted onto the rods)
- 8x Magnetic Spacers
- 12x Rods (if selected)
- 1x Spinnymajig
The Large Box Makers Kit (with a stack height of 147mm/5 3/4") comes with:

Excellent product. Used it several times and had perfect results.
I bought the frame set a few months ago and was really impressed with the quality, so when Matt came out with the box makers kit I knew I would get a set. The quality of the product is as you would expect from Matt. Having the option of no rods is ideal as threaded rod is easy to get hold of so you can customise to your needs, whether you make picture frames or you make boxes. The packaging is high class. Now I just need to get some boxes made.

Nicely made bit of kit. From initial tinkering it seems to do the job very nicely. I am planning a job to use it properly.
