Blank Sample Coin

A simple blank sample coin to test the fit and tolerances. We recommend a 25mm forstner bit alongside a nylon mallet and/or sacrificial material to gently tap the coin into place.

Please note: This sample coin has not been finished in any way which means there are machining marks on the coins. This is not representative of a finished Emblem Coin. When it comes to engraving Emblem Coins, we remove the machining marks first, then engrave, then finish them to the specification of the order.

Over the past year, we've explored and purchased numerous brands and styles of maker coins, yet none have truly met our expectations.

The issue lies in our commitment to perfection. If the engraving isn't crisp, the logo isn't perfectly centred, or the finish lacks consistency, we're dissatisfied.

So, we decided to create our own.

Each coin is precisely 25.15mm in diameter and 4mm thick, ensuring a flawless fit in a 25mm hole. We've also incorporated a 1mm trench around the edge to enhance surface area for secure gluing into your workpiece.

Our coins are machined to a 0.001mm tolerance and engraved at a resolution of 1000 DPI, guaranteeing they look perfect even under the closest inspection.
