My warranty is offered on physical items only. This covers items such as tools, clothing and other merchandise. It does not cover printed or digital copies of my plans.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage or loss caused by shipping, misuse or accidental damage by the user, or theft. When a warranty claim is made, shipping will also be fully covered.
The warranty is for 1 year starting from the date of purchase. Claims outside of this period will be quoted upon my diagnosis. Return postage to the customer will also be quoted.
My packages are sent via Royal Mail for domestic orders, or Parcelforce Worldwide as a tracked delivery to your chosen address. This can often take as long as 4 weeks if you are in the USA or Australia so please be patient. If the item is not delivered in this time, I will provide you with proof of postage, the tracking number, and will file a lost package dispute for you.
If the dispute is fulfilled and I receive a refund on the lost item, this will be refunded to you in full.
The warranty does not cover loss by shipping in the event that the claim is unsuccessful. However this is very rare due to the fact that my parcels are fully tracked worldwide.
Repairs or refurbishment can still be arranged outside of the warranty period. Send me an email describing the issue with your item and I will quote you on the repair. This service does not include shipping costs and will need to be paid for by the customer.
Exchanges are available on tools only. We use a third party drop-shipping service to print our merchandise who do not accept returns (Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights)
