My packages are sent via Royal Mail for domestic orders, or Parcelforce Worldwide as a tracked delivery to your chosen address. This can often take as long as 4 weeks if you are in the USA or Australia so please be patient. If the item is not delivered in this time, I will provide you with proof of postage, the tracking number, and will file a lost package dispute for you.
If the dispute is fulfilled and I receive a refund on the lost item, this will be refunded to you in full.
The warranty does not cover loss by shipping in the event that the claim is unsuccessful. However this is very rare due to the fact that my parcels are fully tracked worldwide.
